Job Description

The Growth Enablement Marketing Manager supports enterprise-wide growth by leading cross-functional marketing initiatives that strengthen program engagement, expand brand visibility, and accelerate adoption across business units, brands, and client portfolios. This role is central to translating enterprise programs and strategy across supply chain and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) channels into high-impact marketing campaigns, tools, and messaging that drive engagement with internal and external audiences.


The role works closely with subject matter experts (Responsible Sourcing, Sustainability, Contracting, Suppliers, etc.), sales, and account teams to translate established enterprise programs into clear, actionable tools, processes, and messaging that support client engagement and internal alignment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute enterprise growth initiatives by developing and delivering program enablement materials, communications, and targeted training  
  • Partner with sourcing, sales, and account teams to support alignment on growth priorities and ensure coordinated execution across brands and business units
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, sales tools, and workflows that support cross-selling and consistent value messaging across multiple client types and regions
  • Manage and maintain a structured pipeline tracking process to monitor cross-enterprise growth opportunities, status, and next steps
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to package enterprise programs into client-ready materials and scalable solutions
  • Support measurement and reporting of contract utilization, penetration, and enterprise spend capture, providing insights to inform ongoing improvements
  • Prepare updates, materials, and progress reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and development for one team member, helping prioritize work, monitor progress, and ensure timely, high-quality execution 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or related field (master’s degree or MBA preferred)
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related function with exposure to performance tracking and execution support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex inputs into practical, executable plans
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with incomplete information and adjusting execution based on stakeholder input and evolving business conditions
  • Proven ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on execution
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively within a matrixed environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams), including creation of professional, stakeholder-ready materials
