Job Description

As the Manager – Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for maintaining the books and records for Aramark corporate accounts. This position will report to the Director – Financial Reporting. 

Job Responsibilities

•    Maintain the books and records for Aramark corporate accounts, including debt, derivatives, equity, share-based compensation, and leases
•    Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reports and internal control requirements
•    Prepare and review statement of cash flows
•    Preparation and review of financial reports, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other SEC filings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
•    Partner with Corporate, Line of Business and International accounting leadership
•    Interacting and coordinating with personnel in various corporate functional areas, business areas, and other internal and external personnel (including independent auditors and external specialists) to support transactions

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required /MBA Preferred
•    CPA strongly preferred and or in the process of obtaining the CPA certification required
•    Minimum of 4+ years of financial planning and reporting experience required. Preferably with a “Big 4” Accounting firm or industry-related experience
•    Experience with Oracle GL and HFM Preferred
•    Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and accounting theory
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
•    Executive presence; ability to work effectively with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, utilizing strong written and oral communications
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills with a wide range of audiences including clients, front-line managers, and C-level leaders (headquarters and sector)
•    Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $93,000 to $110,000.  If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.​
