Job Description

This is a key entry-level leadership role within Aramark’s Management Accelerator Program (MAP). The structured, cohort-based pathway is designed to develop the next generation of Aramark leaders.


MAP participants are placed in one of Aramark’s eleven Lines of Business, focusing on Food & Hospitality, Facilities, or Refreshments services at client sites across the United States. The role combines hands-on experience with structured leadership development, mentorship, and cohort-based learning. Participants are expected to demonstrate strong leadership potential and a commitment to growth within Aramark.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generates financial reports (e.g. forecasted sales vs. actual sales results) for different areas of the business
  • Prepares, interprets and distributes sales KPI reporting and scorecards
  • Assist in reporting and analysis of monthly financial metric package and quarterly operation review material
  • Assist in managing internal financial and operational database used to produce key monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Proactively manages and communicates financial risk and opportunities
  • Serve as liaison to field sales personnel for analysis and decision support
  • Performs research and problem resolution for data validation issues that may arise
  • Prepare client-facing sales, service metric reporting on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Provide analytical support for account management and sales teams in order to meet client specific requirements
  • Support execution of organizational initiatives and projects
  • Perform other related tasks, projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed prior to program start (Hospitality, Operations Management, Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, Facilities Management, Business, or related fields preferred)
  • Graduating between December 2026 and August 2027; program start dates may vary.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, campus involvement, or prior work experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
