Job Description
The Labor IQ Business Analyst is a key member of the Labor IQ team, responsible for managing labor-related information, providing technical analysis, and supporting IT systems. This role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer engagement, and ensure that information technology solutions meet project challenges and align with client expectations.
Job Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities
• Provides training and field-facing support for the Labor Management Process, including associated systems and tools.
• Supports enterprise-wide and line of business specific labor reporting.
• Connects field managers and support teams to appropriate support resources or issue resolution.
• Manages Labor technology-specific field tools and resources.
• Supports operational dashboard training and maintenance.
• Completes special projects and/or additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Perform UAT Testing and support of new and existing applications
Reporting Relationships
This position reports directly to the Labor IQ Vice President, Technology. The position works closely with the Labor IQ team, Line of Business OpX Teams, Operations teams, various IT teams, external vendors, and a range of other Aramark business and support personnel.
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated project management skills required.
• Strong analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Creative, as well as flexible in attitude and style, to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment and evolving organization.
• Ability to think creatively and approach a wide variety of issues or projects from new angles.
• The position is Philadelphia-based, but we are open to a remote opportunity.
• Knowledge and understanding of labor management are highly preferred.
