Title:  Growth Strategy Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Growth Strategy Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, be a self-starter, and understand the sense of urgency required to meet deadlines. They will be accountable, work well both independently and as part of a team, and embody the necessary qualities to translate strategy and messaging in a visual manner.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and design sales collateral, including email templates, catalogs, proposal decks, and presentation decks.

· Maintain and organize our content document library.

· Assist with new acquisitions and design content as needed

· Collaborate with various teams to ensure marketing materials align with company goals and brand standards.

· Analyze content and campaign data to determine success and use that information to drive growth.

· Visualize compelling content to support the growth team throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience and studies in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

· Strong proficiency in PowerPoint.

· Experience with Foxit PDF, InDesign, and/or Photoshop is preferred.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
