Title: Financial Senior Analyst

Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and interacts with the Facilities Management regional finance teams and overhead support groups. This position will provide a wide range of financial analysis including budget, forecast, trends, monthly income statement, and ad hoc reports.
Job Responsibilities
• Supports the strategic planning process and the development of the annual business plan, budget, and forecast for the business on an annual, monthly, and weekly basis
• Supports the quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reports
• Recognizes opportunity and drives improvements with Aramark supplied software tools
• Analyzes and compares monthly and quarterly results, metrics and key performance indicators against plan and other benchmarks
• Analyzes productivity (labor and directs), marketing, and other business initiatives impact on financial results
• Responsible for dashboard accuracy / reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.)
• Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field (finance or accounting preferred) is required.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Detail oriented, strong organization skills, and ability to learn quickly while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to adjust priorities to meet deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Essbase/SmartView skills a plus.
- Ability to influence decision-making through data and modeling.
- Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex issues and present in a variety of settings across all levels of the organization, including senior management.
