We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Finance Director within our LifeWorks portfolio. to guide and supervise the strategic financial direction of the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, cash management, and financial analysis, in partnership with operational leadership to guide the strategic financial direction of the business. This role also involves managing the regional finance staff to ensure accurate and timely financial information and strategic insights.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $150,000.00 to $175,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
• Partner with the Regional Vice President and operational team to drive results in achieving the Region’s financial and operational objectives
• Financial oversight of new business and retentional proposals from bid to contract execution
• Ownership of budget, projection, and financial closing processes for the Region portfolio
• Develops, delivers, and drives solutions to overcome business challenges to consistently achieve financial commitments
• Develop cash flows and scenario analyses that drive clarity in Executive decision-making for contract negotiations, renewals, and new business pursuits
• Conducts ongoing training sessions for regional staff and operations team regarding financial procedures and other relevant initiatives
• Position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, best practices and ongoing compliance with internal and external controls.
Work situations vary and require development, analysis, interpretation and implementation of policies, practices and procedures. Position works closely with senior managers across all functions to strengthen internal controls, optimize company growth and profitability.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible finance / accounting experience is required.
• Prior experience leading and developing a staff required.
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• This position will be REMOTE and require approx. 25% travel, including overnight travel.
