Job Description
Aramark Sports + Entertainment is seeking a District Executive Chef - Northeast District to lead culinary strategy, operations, and talent development across a multi-venue Sports & Entertainment district. This role oversees food quality, innovation, financial performance, and executional excellence across stadiums, arenas, and special event properties, while partnering closely with General Managers, the District Manager, and the Regional Executive Chef.
This role requires the selected candidate to reside within the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area, Central New Jersey, or Northern New Jersey and be available for frequent travel to venues throughout the district, particularly within the Philadelphia market.
Depending on the candidate's location and proximity to district venues, residency in other areas within the district may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide senior culinary leadership across multiple properties, ensuring alignment with Line of Business (LOB) initiatives.
• Drive menu innovation, new concept development, and top-line growth across concessions, premium, catering, and special events.
• Lead district-wide food and labor productivity initiatives, cost controls, and P&L performance.
• Ensure consistent execution of food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Oversee culinary talent development, training, succession planning, and performance management.
• Support major events, high-profile activations, and operational launches throughout the district.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, preferably in Sports & Entertainment or multi-unit foodservice operations.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar F&B operations with strong food and labor cost controls.
• Expertise in menu development, standardized programs, and operational execution at scale.
• Strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills with prior P&L accountability.
• Culinary degree preferred; HACCP and union experience strongly preferred.
