Title:  Digital Experience Specialist

Job Description

The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for the implementation and advancement of Aramark’s technology brand, Hospitality IQ, through the Innovation Showcase.  Hospitality IQ is the framework through which Aramark shares success stories about how technology enables exceptional hospitality experiences.  In this role, the Specialist will be responsible to both oversee the physical innovation lab in Philadelphia, as well as to generate content and experiences with growth teams across lines of business for use with clients.  The Specialist will partner with members of Technology around the products and experiences; Marketing on how to tell the stories by line of business; Finance & Insights to track investment & ROI gains; and Operations to gather stories & feedback.  The Specialist will have ownership on the processes required to deliver a successful lab experience.

Job Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Coordinate all aspects of the physical innovation lab in Philadelphia – partnering with team members to design experiences, optimize technical set up for all lab features, and maintain the schedule & lab preparedness for tours at headquarters
•    Lead client and team-facing tours of the Hospitality IQ brand & customized tech stories
•    Partnership with headquarters facilities to review future designs 
•    Intake ideas & requests from line of business growth teams and build prioritization for execution
•    Generate / copywrite stories about technology use cases that highlight the human impact and key insights of Aramark’s technology ecosystem
•    Partner with VP, Digital Innovation to vet technology partners who can deliver experiences in new and innovative ways
•    Partner with data teams to track and evaluate the impact of the lab, experience and content generation on the creation of positive new business growth
•    Connect to operational leads to build client profiles and gather feedback on priority needs
•    Coordinate with project manager to maintain roadmap deliveries on established timelines

Qualifications

KEY COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS
•    Based in Philadelphia, with ability to be in the office 5 days as needed for project coordination
•    3-5 year’s experience in project-based work
•    Strong leadership skills with self-starter initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong communication skills to facilitate meetings with colleagues, drive project tasks to completion 
•    Strong written skills to generate innovation stories for internal & external audiences
•    Interest in storytelling & technology innovation
