Job Description
The Director, Capital Program Management will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale capital projects and programs across Aramark Engineering Solutions’ diverse client portfolio. This role provides strategic oversight, technical expertise, and program leadership to ensure that capital projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with client and organizational goals. The Director will manage a team of program and project managers while collaborating closely with operations, design, engineering, finance, and external partners to deliver value-driven outcomes.
Job Responsibilities

Proven expertise in program and project management methodologies (PMP, DBIA, or equivalent preferred).

Strong financial acumen, with ability to manage large budgets and interpret complex financial data.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Knowledge of sustainability, energy efficiency, and resiliency best practices is a plus.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MS Engineering/Construction Management) preferred.

Minimum of 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in capital program/project management, preferably in facilities, healthcare, higher education, or infrastructure sectors.

Prior leadership experience in managing large, multi-disciplinary capital programs (>$100M annually).

Experience working in a client-facing consulting or outsourced services environment strongly preferred.
