Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Dietitian to join our healthcare team at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital.  This role is suitable for a new grad, registration-eligible dietitian or a more experienced dietitian. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, providing top-notch care to a diverse patient population. The Clinical Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients. 

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including medical and dietary history, to develop individualized nutrition plans
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families to support health and disease management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to provide holistic patient care
• Manage nutrition support, including tube feedings and oral supplementation.
• Develop and implement nutrition policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations
• Stay current with the latest developments in the field of nutrition and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Dietitian License in the state of Pennsylvania or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
