Aramark is seeking a dynamic and experienced change management manager to drive solution adoption through strategic communication and marketing. Effective communication and marketing are not just support functions—they are core enablers of adoption. They shape perception, build trust, and drive engagement and ownership across stakeholder groups.
Job Responsibilities
The role is accountable for strategic change management communication and marketing to advance technology adoption and impact... Accountabilities include:
1. Narrative Framing and Messaging Architecture. A core accountability is transformational messaging and value-driven communications. These go beyond announcements to create emotional and strategic resonance. Techniques should include
• Digital Storytelling for Change
• Behavioral Influence Campaigns
• Insight-Based Engagement to frame communications that inspire action
• Tailor messages to different audiences—executives, operators, frontline staff—using relatable language and practical benefits. Audiences can also include Aramark’s Board of Directors, Aramark’s investment community and other external markets, such as conferences and social media.
2. Feedback Loops and Two-Way Dialogue. Communication must be interactive, not just informative to drive engagement, ownership and adoption. Town halls, listening sessions, and informal Q&As are vital. These formats allow for co-creation of change, surfacing resistance early and building ownership. Feedback mechanisms like crowdsourcing, voting exercises, and focus groups help shape the change narrative and validate messaging.
3. Marketing Techniques for Internal Adoption. Borrowing from external marketing, coordinate internal campaigns, including:
• Experience-Based Stories: Real-world narratives that show how the solution improves work.
• Growth Activities: Initiatives that expand awareness and drive cross-functional education.
• Digital Experience Voice: A unified style that reflects the brand’s digital identity
4. Change Champion Networks and Local Amplification. Participate in building a global network of change champions helps scale communications while maintaining local relevance:
• Champions act as influencers, translating complex solutions into practical benefits.
• Toolkits and frameworks allow for consistent messaging with regional flexibility
5. Empathetic and Transparent Leadership Communication. Executives must show vulnerability and clarity, especially during uncertainty. This role will be instrumental in structuring these communications. To specifically,
• Communicate the “why” behind the change and the “WIIFM” (what’s in it for me) for each stakeholder group.
• Use authentic voices—peer testimonials, manager endorsements—to build trust and credibility.
6. Integrated Enablement Assets. Assist as necessary in the building of enablement communication assets, including
• Training aides, templates, and community portals are used to simplify adoption
• Messaging is aligned with business case updates, license planning, and system transitions.
• Providing training knowledge for agentic AI sources
7. Phased Adoption Communication Plans and Campaign Cadence. Development and oversight plans leveraging a five-step communication plan: awareness, understanding, engagement, reinforcement, and sustainment. Alignment of communication cadence with project milestones and emotional stages of change. This includes effective messaging campaigns over multi quarter agendas.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of professional experience in technology-driven roles, with proven impact on enterprise-level transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field required.
• Demonstrated success in change management adoption messaging
• Experience working with artificial intelligence tools.
• Track record of designing and delivering adoption messaging for large, diverse, and global audiences—including executives, operators, frontline staff, investors and external audiences.
• Experience operating across multiple business lines and geographies, balancing consistency with cultural adaptation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Curious learner: Have experience and demonstrated curiosity in learning new business acumen, technologies, such as AI and ways of working
Skills
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including storytelling, data visualization, and digital campaign design.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to design metrics, interpret adoption data, and create actionable strategies.
• Ability to leverage of AI tools relevant to change messaging
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without authority in complex organizational environments
10%-20% travel is required
