Job Description
The Catering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the front-of-house daily execution of catered events, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient operations, and adherence to company standards. This role supervises catering staff, coordinates event setup and breakdown, and serves as a point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure every event is executed seamlessly.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead catering staff before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Ensure food presentation, quality, and service standards are consistently met.
- Assign staff responsibilities and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and event supplies, reporting maintenance or replenishment needs.
- Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with culinary, operations, and event planning teams to ensure accurate event execution.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly while maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Qualifications
• 1-year supervisory experience
• Excellent Guest Service Skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ideal candidate has a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Enjoys working in a lively environment
• Well-groomed and professional attire (follow Aramark standards for uniform and grooming)
• RAMP Certified
