Title:  Business Services Analyst

Job Description

Position Summary: 
The Business Analyst plays a key role within the Strategic Accounts and Finance teams, delivering reporting, insights, and analysis related to customer trends, financial performance, and operational metrics. This role supports both internal stakeholders and customer-specific reporting needs, and requires regular interaction with cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization. The analyst also contributes to center-led strategies and initiatives that improve processes, reporting, and overall client service delivery. 

Job Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

• Manage client-facing procurement implementation projects for the Order-to-Cash process.
• Collaborate with account management to support client needs, including reporting, KPI attainment, and service excellence.
• Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new standards and processes to enhance existing reporting and business workflows.
• Work effectively with cross-functional partners and influence change through informal authority.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance leaders to determine solutions for complex business issues.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to review financial and operational metrics and recommend actions.
• Partner with field teams of all levels to deliver exceptional client services.
• Assist in maintaining and managing the internal account attribute database used for key monthly and quarterly reporting.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in customer service, financial analysis, KPI reporting, or related areas.
• Strong financial acumen and intermediate Excel skills 
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience in DSD, CPG, or Field Service organizations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
