Aramark Nexus is hiring a Project Manager for Caprock Workforce Community, located outside Pampa, Texas. This full-time Project Manager role supports property-wide initiatives, operational priorities, cross-functional communication, administrative coordination, and project execution across a large residential workforce community.

The Project Manager will work directly with the Managing Director and Director of Operations to help ensure key projects, initiatives, meetings, follow-ups, timelines, and operational priorities continue moving forward. This role is a blend of project manager, chief of staff, administrative partner, operations coordinator, and cross-functional connector.

 

This position is a strong fit for candidates with experience as a Project Manager, Operations Coordinator, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, Program Coordinator, Business Operations Manager, or Project Coordinator.

 

The Project Manager will serve as a central point of coordination across departments, helping leaders stay aligned, priorities stay visible, and workstreams stay on track. This person will help organize information, follow up on action items, prepare meeting materials, support communication, track progress, and connect the right people to move work forward.

 

The right candidate will be highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teams. This role requires someone who can prioritize, execute, communicate clearly, lead through influence, and bring structure to a fast-moving operating environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Managing Director and Director of Operations to support property-wide projects, initiatives, and operational priorities.
  • Track project timelines, action items, deliverables, owners, risks, and follow-up needs across multiple departments.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination to help ensure teams remain aligned and initiatives continue moving forward.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, reports, presentations, and follow-up materials as needed.
  • Help organize and support leadership meetings, operational reviews, project updates, and cross-functional working sessions.
  • Follow up with department leaders and stakeholders to confirm progress, remove barriers, and maintain accountability.
  • Support communication between departments, including operations, food service, facilities, guest services, transportation, retail, recreation, human resources, finance, safety, and other site teams.
  • Help prioritize competing workstreams and ensure urgent needs are identified, escalated, and addressed.
  • Maintain project trackers, task lists, planning documents, calendars, reports, and shared operating tools.
  • Support administrative coordination for site leadership, including scheduling, documentation, communication, and operational follow-up.
  • Identify process gaps, communication issues, or execution risks and recommend practical improvements.
  • Help create structure around new initiatives, special projects, launches, property needs, and leadership priorities.
  • Build strong working relationships across the property and act as a professional connector between leaders and teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment when working with sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience in project management, operations coordination, administrative support, business operations, executive support, hospitality operations, or a related role required.
  • Degree is not required, but relevant education, training, or equivalent experience is helpful.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work directly with senior leaders and maintain professionalism, urgency, and discretion.
  • Ability to connect multiple people, departments, and priorities into clear action plans.
  • Ability to prioritize, execute, and follow through in a fast-paced operating environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create structure out of ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence without direct authority, and keep teams moving in the same direction.
  • Ability to work on site at Caprock Workforce Community outside Pampa, Texas.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience as a Project Manager, Operations Coordinator, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, Program Coordinator, Business Operations Manager, or Project Coordinator.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, managing action items, tracking projects, preparing reports, and coordinating across multiple departments.
  • Experience in hospitality, facilities management, workforce housing, residential communities, campus operations, food service, transportation, retail, recreation, or other service-based operations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and strong follow-through is required.
  • Experience creating project trackers, dashboards, meeting recaps, communication plans, process documents, or operational tools.
  • Experience leading through influence, connecting stakeholders, organizing workstreams, and helping teams execute against shared goals.
  • Experience working in a 24/7 residential, hospitality, campus, remote site, or workforce community environment.
