Job Description

Aramark Nexus is hiring a Licensed Barber to provide professional haircut and grooming services at the Caprock Workforce Community near Pampa, Texas.

The Licensed Barber will provide primarily basic men’s haircuts, trims, fades, and routine grooming services for guests living and working at Caprock. We are looking for someone who provides consistent, quality service, maintains a clean and professional workspace, and creates a positive experience for every customer.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced barber or licensed hair professional who enjoys working with a steady customer base in a growing workforce community.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircuts, trims, fades, and basic barbering services.
• Consult with customers to understand their preferred haircut and style.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary barber station.
• Clean and disinfect barbering tools and equipment according to required sanitation standards.
• Maintain barber supplies and notify management when additional products or equipment are needed.
• Follow all applicable health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements.
• Help create a welcoming and professional environment for Caprock guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Texas barber or cosmetology license required.
• Previous professional barbering or haircutting experience preferred.
• Experience providing men’s haircuts, fades, trims, and other basic haircut services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Dependable and able to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while performing barber services.
