Aramark Nexus is hiring a Food Service Manager for Caprock Workforce Community, located outside Pampa, Texas. This full-time food service leadership role supports daily dining operations in a high-volume residential workforce community where residents live, work, dine, and gather on site.

The Food Service Manager is responsible for leading food service operations, supporting residential dining, cafeteria service, prepared food service, front-of-house execution, team leadership, food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction. This position is a strong fit for candidates with experience as a Food Service Manager, Dining Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Cafeteria Manager, Hospitality Manager, Food Service Supervisor, or Dining Services Manager.

In this role, the Food Service Manager will help ensure residents and guests receive consistent, high-quality food service in a clean, safe, welcoming, and well-run environment. This leader will manage daily service execution, coach team members, support meal periods, address guest needs, maintain operating standards, and partner with culinary and operations leaders to deliver a strong dining experience.

This is a hands-on management role in a fast-paced hospitality and workforce community setting. The right candidate will be comfortable leading hourly employees, managing service flow, supporting food production, solving operational issues, maintaining safety standards, and creating a strong service culture.

Caprock is located outside Pampa, Texas, and this position includes the option for on-site, fully furnished housing and all meals included. Candidates should be comfortable working on site in a residential community environment where food service, hospitality, teamwork, safety, and resident experience are central to daily operations.

Compensation: The listed pay range for this position is between $50,000 and $80,000 per year. This is Aramark's good faith estimate of the pay range at the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead daily food service operations for assigned dining areas at Caprock Workforce Community.
• Manage residential dining, cafeteria service, front-of-house execution, prepared food service, and guest-facing service standards.
• Supervise, coach, train, and support food service team members during daily operations.
• Ensure residents and guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
• Support daily meal periods, service flow, staffing coverage, cleanliness, and overall dining readiness.
• Partner with culinary leaders to ensure food is prepared, presented, stocked, and served according to operating standards.
• Maintain strong food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, workplace safety, and quality standards.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and lead pre-shift meetings, daily briefings, and operational follow-up with team members.
• Support inventory awareness, product availability, waste control, labor planning, and cost management.
• Help ensure individual and team performance meets client, customer, and company expectations.
• Maintain effective working relationships with culinary, housekeeping, facilities, transportation, security, and other site teams.
• Support compliance with Aramark policies, safety standards, food handling requirements, and operational procedures.
• Help create a positive, accountable, and service-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience
• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
