The Facilities Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects The candidate will be an important member of the team to ensure that the goals & deadlines of this area are achieved.

Important: This work location is not in Pampa. The facility is located approximately 30 minutes east of Pampa, Texas. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the worksite daily. Housing will be available on-site at a future date.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains focus towards company policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Maintains all reports on projects
  • Create projects quotes and tracks them
  • Manages and maintains equipment requirements
  • Create, maintain, and approve site Material Request Forms (MRFs)
  • Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and support of buildings, grounds, and facilities systems.
  • Assigns tasks and priorities to team members, ensuring that workloads are managed effectively.
  • Oversees staff installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
  • Tracks work orders and ensure work follows established service and quality standards for completion.
  • Implement digital capabilities such as facilities management software to streamline maintenance requests, work order creation, track assets, schedule inspections, and generate performance reports.
  • Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects.
  • Maintains a safe and effective working environment that complies with regulations and laws.
  • Coordinates with external vendors and contractors, ensuring service agreements are met and performance is monitored.
  • Typically reports to a manager about the status of operations, maintenance issues, and any ongoing challenges.
  • Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.
  • Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
  • Maintain supply stock inventory levels
  • Ensure facilities issued tools are kept organized and accounted for.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 + years’ experience in facilities management
  • Requires a Certified Trade Certification, engineering degree/diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong ability to plan, develop, and coordinate
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively communicate

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).

Education

Minimum 5 years experience
High School Diploma
