About Aramark Nexus & Caprock
Caprock is a large-scale workforce community located approximately 30 minutes east of Pampa, Texas. The community was built to support employees working on major infrastructure and industrial projects in the Texas Panhandle while creating a high-quality place for people to live, work, and recharge.
Caprock brings together housing, dining, facilities, transportation, housekeeping, security, guest services, recreation, and other hospitality services within one integrated community. Aramark Nexus operates the community with a focus on service, safety, reliability, and the day-to-day experience of the people who call Caprock home while working on the project.
For employees, Caprock offers the opportunity to be part of a growing operation that is different from a traditional hospitality or facilities environment. Team members have the chance to help build systems, establish standards, grow with the operation, and support infrastructure projects that are shaping the future.
Free Room and Board at Caprock
Employees in this position have access to free private housing and three meals per day at no cost while working at Caprock. Housing is single occupancy, giving employees their own private bedroom and dedicated bathroom rather than sharing a room with another employee.
The Caprock community is designed to make working away from home easier. Employees can stay on site while working and have the flexibility to return home during scheduled time off. Laundry facilities and other everyday services are available within the community, with additional fitness, recreation, entertainment, and community amenities continuing to come online as Caprock expands.
Safety and security are a major focus throughout the property, including controlled access and on-site security operations. To maintain that environment, visitors and pets are not permitted in employee housing.
The goal is simple: provide employees with a comfortable, convenient place to live so they can focus on their work without the additional cost of housing or daily meals.
