Job Description

The Pantry and Catering Attendant provides stocked, clean, and refreshing break room experiences and supports the catering operation by running successful catering orders and events set up and clean up within the location. The Pantry and Catering Attendant transports equipment, food, and other supplies for catering events and pantry/breakroom to support outstanding customer experiences.

Long Description

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Great and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages per brand standards
• Prepares and stocks food and supplies to service levels and standards
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, including break rooms and catering areas
• Stock beverage cooler, grab-and-go items, coffee and tea refreshments, service ware, and condiments
• Set up catering and event services according to client/customer requests and banquet event orders
• Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event orders
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverages with all vital supplies and equipment
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during events
•  Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
• Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service
•  Break down and clean the area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications

•    Previous customer service experience preferred
•    Previous catering experience preferred
•    Demonstrate the ability to work independently with limited supervision
•    Must follow the required dress code as assigned 
•    Must be available to work event-based hours
•    Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required
 

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
