Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor with a strong culinary background to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced corporate dining environment. This role is ideal for a chef or culinary professional who enjoys leading a team, creating exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will oversee food production, supervise front and back-of-house operations, and help develop a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence. You will work alongside a talented culinary team while ensuring our guests receive outstanding food and service every day.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $27.00 to $29.00 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership
Lead daily food production while ensuring recipes, quality standards, and presentation are consistently executed.
Prepare and cook menu items using standardized recipes and proper cooking techniques.
Monitor portion control and maintain consistency throughout service.
Conduct food quality checks and remove any products that do not meet standards.
Complete food temperature logs, production records, and food safety documentation.
Ensure all food is stored, labeled, dated, and handled according to food safety guidelines.
Team Leadership
Lead and coach front and back-of-house employees during daily operations.
Assign work, coordinate daily activities, and ensure efficient service throughout meal periods.
Train, mentor, and support team members while fostering a positive work environment.
Assist with scheduling, production planning, and maintaining daily production sheets.
Step into operational roles as needed to support the team.
Guest Experience
Deliver exceptional hospitality by engaging with guests and maintaining a visible leadership presence.
Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating a welcoming dining experience.
Support catering operations and ensure events are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
Operations & Food Safety
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchens and serving areas.
Ensure compliance with all health department regulations and company food safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and production planning.
Complete equipment inspections, preventative maintenance checklists, and maintenance logs.
Promote a culture of workplace safety and immediately address potential hazards.
Qualifications
• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Maintain emotional control under stress
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
• Strong organizational skills
Serve Safe Certification (Serve Safe Manager Certification preferred)
