Job Description
The Refreshments Management Program is apart of Aramark's 2026 Management Accelerator Program (MAP). The MAP program is your launchpad to leadership. Designed for recent graduates, MAP is an immersive experience that blends operations and people management with professional development, mentorship, and community building.
Our Refreshment Services team delivers convenient, high-quality beverage and snack solutions to workplaces, ensuring employees stay energized and productive throughout the day. From managing coffee programs and pantry services to providing innovative vending and hydration options, we focus on creating a seamless experience that enhances workplace satisfaction. Job Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across core business functions, including:

- Operations Foundation: Learn service delivery, routing, inventory processes, and safety initiatives.
- Sales & Client Engagement: Shadow sales teams, support client calls, renewals, and proposals.
- Marketing: Assist with campaigns, promotional materials, and digital strategy.
- Operational Excellence: Analyze data-driven reporting, compliance, and optimization initiatives.
- Finance & Business Acumen: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- HR & People Leadership: Partner on recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement programs.
- Complete assigned deliverables for each rotation (e.g., efficiency analysis, client growth playbook, marketing campaign plan, KPI improvement proposal)
- Lead projects that drive business performance and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Commit to program requirements and timelines.
Qualifications
- Ideal applicants will graduate between December 2025 and August 2026. The program starts between May and August 2026 based on the area of the business. All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start of the program.
- Students with a degree or background in hospitality, business, culinary, food service, or facilities management preferred
- Candidates with excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills
- Candidates willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $80,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
