Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated PRN Nurse to provide high-quality care in a professional, confidential, and autonomous manner. This role supports workplace health, safety, and wellness programs while delivering direct nursing services, emergency response, and return-to-work evaluations.
Job Responsibilities

Technical Nursing Duties
· Provide emergency care and first aid for work-related injuries and illnesses.
· Support accident prevention and safety programs.
· Assist with health promotion and wellness activities.
· Conduct return-to-work screenings after workplace or personal injuries/illness.
· Offer clinical guidance and personal health advice.
· Assist with case management follow-up.
· Maintain medical supplies and assist with ordering inventory.
· Keep accurate medical records and documentation.
· Assist with workers’ compensation and occupational health reporting.
· Consult with managers regarding employee health concerns.
· Refer employees to community healthcare resources when needed.
· Assist HR with ADA-related functional capacity and job accommodation reviews.
· Demonstrate computer literacy and provide training or presentations as needed.
Qualifications
Required
· Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma.
· 1–2 years of nursing experience, or experience in occupational health, emergency nursing, or similar fields.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
Preferred (Not Required)
· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
· Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or related certification.
· Knowledge or experience in:
o Workers’ compensation
o Primary care
o State and federal regulations
o Local healthcare resources
o Safety and prevention programs
o Health promotion and wellness initiatives
