The Luxury Dining Manager is responsible for leading and elevating front-of-house dining operations within an exclusive VIP club, upscale bar, and upcoming fine-dining restaurant environment. This position reports into the Club Director and helps oversee service execution, team leadership, member and guest relations, and operational performance while ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience that reflects the highest standards of luxury dining.

Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $80,000.00 to $95,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members including hosts, servers, bartenders, captains, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of luxury hospitality, professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and service briefings to communicate priorities, menu updates, VIP arrivals, and operational goals.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance while providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to luxury service standards, grooming expectations, and operational procedures.
- Promote a collaborative environment between front-of-house and culinary teams.
Guest & Member Experience
- Deliver exceptional service experiences for VIP members, guests, and private event clientele.
- Anticipate guest needs and create personalized experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and high-profile guests.
- Address guest concerns professionally, promptly, and discreetly.
- Ensure all dining room, lounge, and bar experiences consistently meet luxury hospitality standards.
Financial Performance
- Support achievement of revenue, labor, and profitability goals.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost management.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase food and beverage revenue.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Manage labor resources effectively while maintaining exceptional service levels.
Operational Excellence
- Direct and oversee daily front-of-house operations for dining, bar, and special events.
- Ensure seamless execution of service during regular operations and VIP functions.
- Monitor service flow, staffing levels, and guest satisfaction throughout each shift.
- Maintain luxury presentation standards for dining rooms, lounges, bars, and member spaces.
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to execute seasonal menus, wine programs, and special events.
Team Productivity & Development
- Train staff on fine dining service techniques, wine and beverage knowledge, guest engagement, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about menus, promotions, and member expectations.
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of front-of-house employees.
- Maintain staffing plans that support business needs and service excellence.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and employees.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety regulations.
- Follow all applicable company policies, employment regulations, and operational standards.
- Ensure proper handling of cash, inventory, and operational controls.
Additional Responsibilities
- Partner with Executive Leadership to support the continued evolution and growth of the club's dining and hospitality offerings.
- Assist with planning and execution of member events, wine dinners, private functions, and exclusive VIP experiences.
- Support future restaurant openings, concept development, and operational initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, private clubs, upscale hotels, or premium nightlife venues.

Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a front-of-house environment.

Proven ability to deliver elevated guest experiences and lead high-performing service teams.

Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, food and beverage operations, wine service, and guest relations.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with members, guests, and internal partners.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Experience managing labor, service standards, and operational performance metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
