We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our conference center, reception, and lobby areas within a high-end food service environment. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences for high-profile clients, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house services, event operations, and culinary teams.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $120,000-$145,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Lead and manage daily operations of the conference center, reception, and lobby areas.
- Ensure all guest-facing services reflect the highest standards of hospitality and discretion.
- Coordinate with culinary and event planning teams to deliver flawless food service experiences.
- Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and conference areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP and high-profile clients.
- Anticipate client needs and customize services to exceed expectations.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and discretion.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff including receptionists, lobby attendants, and event coordinators.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement staff development plans.
Event Coordination
- Oversee the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and special events.
- Ensure all logistics, including room setup, AV, catering, and guest services, are flawlessly executed.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention.
Facility Oversight
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of all public-facing areas.
- Work with facilities and security teams to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
Financial & Administrative
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in hospitality or food service management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience working with high-profile or VIP clientele.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of event planning, front-of-house operations, and food service logistics.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
