As the Executive Chef of our Executive Dining Room, you will lead all culinary operations in a refined, high-touch environment serving senior executives and VIP guests. You will be responsible for menu development, kitchen leadership, and ensuring every dish reflects the highest standards of quality, creativity, and presentation. This role requires a visionary chef who is both a hands-on leader and a strategic thinker, with a deep understanding of luxury dining and client discretion.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000.  If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead all culinary operations for the executive dining room, including à la carte service, private events, and high-level tastings.
  • Design and execute seasonal, innovative menus that reflect client preferences and dietary needs.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Manage, train, and inspire a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Maintain a culture of professionalism, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Uphold discretion and confidentiality when serving high-profile clients.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, preferably in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or executive dining environments.
  • Proven experience serving high-profile or VIP clientele with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong culinary vision with a deep understanding of global cuisines, dietary trends, and modern techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency in kitchen management systems and inventory control.
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification required.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
