We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Catering Staff Booking Manager to oversee the scheduling, coordination, and management of event staff for catering operations. This role is responsible for ensuring all events are properly staffed with qualified team members, maintaining staff availability records, and communicating with both clients and staff to ensure seamless event execution.

Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $115,000.00 to $115,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage staffing for catering events, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and support staff.
· Maintain and update staff availability, schedules, and contact information.
· Assign appropriate staff to events based on experience, availability, and client needs.
· Communicate event details, schedules, and expectations to staff in advance of each event.
· Serve as the main point of contact for staff scheduling questions and last-minute changes.
· Handle call-outs, replacements, and staffing emergencies quickly and efficiently.
· Work closely with event managers and operations teams to understand staffing requirements.
· Track staffing hours and ensure accurate reporting for payroll.
· Maintain staffing databases and booking systems.
· Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff when needed.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in hospitality, catering, event management, or staff scheduling preferred.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
· Ability to problem-solve quickly and manage last-minute staffing changes.
· Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required for events.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with event staffing or catering operations.
· Knowledge of hospitality service roles (servers, bartenders, event captains, etc.).
· Experience managing large teams or freelance staff.
