The Marketing and Experience Manager is responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote awareness, increase customer satisfaction, and drive profitable growth in all amenities spaces. Overall responsibilities include developing content to drive customer awareness and engagement working with the operations and culinary teams. Developing a strong communication plan using a multi-channel approach: web site, social channels, email campaigns, menuboards, internal client communication channels, etc. The role is responsible for executing and measuring the success of the marketing programs based on established KPIs.

The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00. Job Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Marketing Strategy, Marketing Growth Planning, Digital Marketing Experience, Data Analytics, Content Development and Activation, Strong Communication and Problem-solving Skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving profitable growth through a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan including activation and communication plan.
  • Creates overall client and customer communication plans including presentations, digital images, such as videos, photos, and infographics, for marketing purposes. They may also research and compile information for advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Develops marketing implementation plans and works with Operations and Culinary Team to activate and measure success.

Program and Data Analytics

  • Works with the Operations, Culinary and Corporate Marketing Teams to develop Marketing Growth and Customer Engagement Plans and gathers metrics and ensure the right solutions and systems are in place.
  • Works collaboratively with Marketing and Brand Leaders to ensure development of the right programs and content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in marketing, digital comm, or other related field from an accredited university.  
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience plus program development and execution.  
  • Expertise in digital platforms and customer journey plans
  • Demonstrated success planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling skills, conveying the vision and impact of marketing and menu promotions and programs.

Requirements

This role is required to be in-office 5 days per week, and will involve 10% travel as business needs arise.
