Title: Student Intern - Customer Experience - Tulane University

Job Description
As the Customer Experience Intern, you'll be at the forefront of turning ideas into action and driving results. The overall objective of this role is for the intern to serve as an intermediary between the Tulane student body and Tulane Hospitality, while assisting with various objectives and working closely with Aramark’s Customer Experience Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the Student Dining Advisory Council
- Sampling at the various dining locations on campus
- Setting up information tables located throughout campus
- Creating and executing various dining events
- Surveying students
- Analyzing survey data
- General office work
- Assisting the Customer Experience Manager with daily tasks
- Assist with various projects, activities or tasks related to customer experience
Qualifications
- Current Tulane student, sophomore classification or higher
- Effective communication and presentation skills; both verbally and in written form
- Ability to communication in an appropriate manner in varying situations
- Ability to work 10-20 hours per week.
- Support customer experience strategies and perform duties accordingly
- Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
