Title:  AR Supervisor (Hybrid Schedule)

Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Accounting Supervisor will support Aramark’s Global Business Services (GBS) by managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable accounting team.

Job Responsibilities

•    Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable accounting team.
•    Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met and comply with company policies.
•    Ensure accurate and timely processing of AR transactions and achievement of KPIs.
•    Maintain effective SOX controls.
•    Perform complex analyses and draw sound conclusions.
•    Communicate and present views effectively.
•    Promote staff development and continuous improvement.
•    Foster cooperative relationships across teams.
•    Adapt to change, take measured risks, and influence decision-making.
•    Lead process improvements and strategic projects.
•    Work independently with general supervision.
•    Perform other duties as required or assigned which are within the scope of the activities listed above.
 

Qualifications

•    Accounting degree required.
•    2 years of Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience required. 
•    Minimum of 1 year of team management experience required.
•    Strong understanding of SOX requirements and financial processes required.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
•    Record of making continuous improvements to processes.
•    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
•    Ability to work in a demanding environment.
•    Self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead a collaborative team dynamic. 
•    Strong people skills required.
•    Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Blackline) preferred.
