Title: Accounts Payable Clerk-Invoice Processing (Hybrid Schedule)

Job Description
This role supports invoice processing and assists with reviewing and resolving invoice-related issues. It helps monitor ticket queues, follow established financial policies, and works with internal teams to support day-to-day Accounts Payable activities.
Job Responsibilities
• Process and review invoices using BirchStreet and other accounts payable systems.
• Research and resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues to support accurate and on-time payment processing.
• Follow established financial policies, business hierarchy rules, and internal controls.
• Support cross functional Accounts Payable activities and assist with process improvements.
• Provide professional support to internal and external stakeholders and assist with additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of accounting or Accounts Payable experience required, preferably in a large or shared services environment.
• Experience with BirchStreet, Oracle, or similar financial systems is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, and strong data entry skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well across teams and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks by priority, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail oriented, adaptable, accurate and focused on process improvement.
