The Lead Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely distribution of goods, and adherence to safety and company standards.

This position is considered Hourly/Full-Time Employee

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $25.49 to $25.49. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, including completing transfers and conducting random transfer audits
  • Assist with placing and managing product orders
  • Coordinate work assignments to maximize efficiency of staff and equipment
  • Help manage scheduling through ReadyOn, including filling open or dropped shifts
  • Ensure all warehouse staff follow company and venue policies
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments from various carriers
  • Verify accuracy and quality of deliveries; reject damaged or incorrect items
  • Uncrate shipments and properly dispose of or store packaging materials
  • Maintain inventory security, organization, and cleanliness within the warehouse
  • Supervise warehouse staff and assist with hiring and training
  • Handle administrative tasks such as:
  • Managing purchase orders (POs)
  • Processing transfers (TJVs) between warehouse locations
  • Using systems like MarketPro/Bridgestreet
  • Tracking invoices and collecting unpaid balances
  • Maintaining schedules in ABI
  • Filing and organizing documentation
  • Ensure products are accurately distributed and recorded across all stands
  • Assist other departments with office duties during slower periods
  • Operate an Aramark vehicle for product pickups or event transfers when required and may need to fill in for any warehouse employee that call off and assist with all transfers and supervising of evening warehouse operations.
  • Oversee the warehouse workers and making sure they are staying productive throughout the shift, and everything gets put away and cleaned up/locked up at the end of the night.

Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older (Required)
  • Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
  • Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
  • Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic
  • Maintain emotional control under stress
  • Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
  • Strong organizational skills

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
