Job Description

The Concessions Manager at US Bank Stadium - Home of the Minnesota Vikings, is responsible for the food and beverage operation in our concessions department at the stadium. The concessions manager will direct concessions activities and operations on game day and leading up to and following events.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $68,000 to $70,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.​

Job Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Food & Beverage Director.
  • Responsible for entire food and beverage operation, including quality control, staffing, event preparation, kitchen operations, dining room operationsand management development.
  • These standards should be met by leading, training and developing, communicating, and motivating team members.
  • Individual must be present on the floor follwoing up supervising, coaching, and training front line associates to success.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in leading associates at a supervisory level In a midscale to upscale restaurant/banquet Venue/Hotel or other similar hospitality setting.
  • At least 3 years as a supervisor/or lead preferred
  • Experience as a server in a mid to upscale restaurant preferred
  • Ability to support the development of team members
  • Has had Financial and Quality Service Responsibilities.
  • Attitude that is guest service and associate service centric.
  • This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role mayalso require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
