Aramark is seeking a Suites Manager to lead our Club Suites at US Bank Stadium. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the Club Suites operations, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.


As the Club Suites Manager, you will guide and inspire the Suites team to execute events and catering delivery requests that exceed customer expectations and uphold our high service standards. Your leadership will be key in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for all suite guests.

 

The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 per year, with potential additional flexibility, based on individual qualifications, education, and experience. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and complete suites and premium dining solutions to meet customers’ needs
  • Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
  • Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders
  • Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients’ needs
  • Train and lead suites and premium employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
  • Responsible for delivering food and labor targets
  • Ensure accurate reporting of all suites related revenue, expenses, and receivables
  • Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies

Qualifications

  • Requires at least 2 years of experience
  • Prior experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, premium and catering preferred
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Available to work event-based hours
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
