Job Description

The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of KDP's facilities in a hybrid work environment. This role ensures buildings, equipment, and workplace services are maintained efficiently, supports employee workplace needs, manages vendor relationships, coordinates facility projects, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Facilities Manager partners with cross-functional teams to deliver a safe, functional, and productive workplace while optimizing operational costs and enhancing the employee experience.
 
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage facility operations, maintenance, and repairs across assigned locations.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.
  • Oversee workplace services, space planning, and employee support.
  • Manage facility budgets and track operational expenses.
  • Lead facility improvement projects and workplace initiatives.
  • Support hybrid workforce needs and maintain a positive employee experience.
  • Hybrid work schedule with regular on-site presence and up to 15% travel to support facilities operations, projects, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of facilities management or related experience.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, generators, and preventive maintenance.
  • Understanding of safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with up to 15% travel as needed.Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
