Title:  Hospitality Manager

Job Description

The FHL is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by facilitating food and beverage services for the designated site(s), assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. The FHL is responsible for oversight and delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. Strengthen and develop onsite relationships with Plant/Location specific leadership and local clientele. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. 

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees scheduled onsite events whether Aramark or 3rd party providedProvides oversight and guidance to third party vendors and service providers to ensure Aramark and Ford standards & expectations are met and upheld at all times.Partners and Supports all Vending, Office Coffee and Micro Markets services on site, supplier variesDrives Sales Participation within all services provided onsiteUses custom surveys and systems Feedback****
• Supports guest service staff on upholding job duties, customer service, systems, and procedures
• Greets and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
• Schedules and coordinates with all food service providers (Aramark and 3rd Party)
• Operates and Manages hand held credit card system 
• Handles all communication with Vendors, Aramark, Senior Leaders and Onsite level clients per Aramark standards and all forms of mediaIs responsible for data aggregation, financial systems maintenance, and reporting
• Maintains unparalleled customer service and hospitality mindset towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

Qualifications
