Title:  HVAC Maintenance Tech - Saint Gobain Facilities

Job Description

Aramark is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to support facilities operations at Saint-Gobain in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems within an industrial and commercial facilities environment.

This position is ideal for a technician with broad, hands-on HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting capability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with other skilled trades. Candidates should demonstrate self-initiative, accountability, and long-term retention mindset.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, operate, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Service systems supporting air conditioning, heating, cooling water, ice machines, and food preservation
• Perform brazing and soldering for system repairs and installations
• Calibrate, repair, and maintain pneumatic control systems
• Inspect, clean, service, and replace filters in air handling and heating units; document work performed
• Clean and maintain ductwork, grills, shaftways, and exhaust systems
• Work within Building Automation Systems (BAS) environments, including BACnet / Backnet controls
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records
• Respond to emergency HVAC repair and maintenance situations
• Maintain inventory of critical parts, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate work with electrical, plumbing, and other skilled trades
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and applicable codes
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach with site leadership and coworkers

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification – Required
• Demonstrated experience across multiple HVAC disciplines, including:
  • Brazing and soldering
  • Commercial / industrial HVAC systems
  • Controls and BAS / BACnet environments
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration principles
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures due to physical and environmental risks

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
