Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $24.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Job Responsibilities

    • Administratively supporting multiple locations
    • Provide administrative support to the Controller
    • Preparing accurate and timely monthly financial reports for the client
    • Processing invoices and payments
    • Preparing monthly client invoices, commission reports, forecasts
    • Handling student accounts
    • Reconciling weekly revenue; cash and banking reconciliation
    • Creating catering invoices
    • Accurately enter daily sales into the system
    • Complete daily reporting of meal plans and swipe activity
    • Maintain employee timekeeping records in Kronos
    • Support special projects
    • Attend and contribute to food service team meetings
    • Maintain clear and professional communication with staff (email, phone, and in-person) 
    • Foster positive client relations and customer service standards

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience working with data-driven systems and financial reporting metrics    
  • Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program
  • Experience working effectively in high-stress, fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude. Skilled at prioritizing tasks, adapting to changing demands, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional results

Education

High School Diploma
Minimum 1-2 years experience
