Job Description
The Marketing & Social Media Manager uses the 4 P's of Marketing and is responsible for implementing marketing programs which support profitable growth, consumer satisfaction, and client retention within multiple college/university accounts for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality. This position helps to support all critical business initiatives including pricing, overall sales growth, meal plan selling, consumer engagement and retention, and brand standards and image for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality and for their clients.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving base business growth programs and strategies to increase sales, ensure pricing accuracy, drive mandatory meal plan upgrades and increase voluntary meal plan sales. Ensures all promotions, sales enablers and other growth initiatives are implemented across accounts. Aligns with Collegiate Hospitality team to implement national programs.
- Responsible for writing Client facing Marketing and Communication Plans, Business Reviews and Student Roundtables with operations and ensures implementation and measurement. Interacts with and maintains relations with client and student leader organizations. Ensures accurate and timely stakeholder communications.
- Responsible and accountable for the results entered into Meal Plan Analytics database.
- Responsible for consumer engagement initiatives as well as the facilitation of DiningStyles and “Voice of the Consumer.”
- Develops a systematic approach to planning, implementing, and tracking marketing projects for their district.
- Looks for opportunities to implement new products and services which support sales growth and client retention.
- Drives account innovation, engagement events and development of residential, catering and retail marketing plans.
- Manages unit level marketing coordinators and interns to ensure implementation of all programs.
- Manages peer to peer student teams and interns to ensure voluntary meal plan growth and execution of other tasks.
- Supports management teams with administration of marketing training and development programs for employees including Service Excellence and brand standards.
- Participates in the contract re-bid/extension process by helping to facilitate the Strategic Account Review process. May be called upon to assist with national or regional EngageIQ processes.

Qualifications
- The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and have five plus years’ experience in a marketing or sales role.
