Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $20.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Set up and break down mobile bar stations for private events
- Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Make beverage recommendations and confidently answer guest questions
- Demonstrate knowledge of craft cocktails, mixing techniques, and polished drink presentation
- Communicate effectively with catering managers, drivers, sales teams, event supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to cash handling policies and process cash and credit card transactions through POS systems
- Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction in a professional manner
- Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor with guests, clients, and coworkers
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork by supporting fellow team members (servers, bartenders, supervisors, runners, chefs, and temporary staff) to create a seamless and positive event experience for guests.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times
- Conduct inventory counts of products and supplies and communicate needs with the catering manager
- Follow all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age
- Ensure the security of company assets
- Adhere to dress code, appearance, and grooming standards set by management
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required (private events or high-volume service preferred)
- Strong knowledge of bartending principles, classic cocktails, basic mixology, and current trends
- Exceptional hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment indoors & outdoors
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs
- Ability to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications
