Job Description
The Customer Service Lead Coordinator is responsible for following and implementing company policies and procedures that guide and support a positive customer experience. This role will monitor staff performance and ensure customers' satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
• Establish relationships with staff, faculty, staff, and students
• Receive service requests via phone calls, emails, and on-line submittals
• Dispatch technician to respond to serve calls.
• Create, enter data, and close work orders
• Work with supervisors to maintain an accurate work order backlog
• Provide information to personnel in times of crisis
• Work closely with the SRC supervisor in developing programs to facilitate communication

Qualifications
• One (1) year of call and customer service experience.
• Must be able to interact and possess communication skills with individuals at all levels of organization, as well as clients, vendors, and sub-contractors.
• Attention to detail is required.
• Must possess flexibility towards work assignments and be a great teammate.
• Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and to communicate effectively in writing.
• Possess motivation and initiative to perform assigned duties with a minimum of direct supervision.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
