Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $22.50 to $22.50. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain facility grounds, landscaping, and outdoor common areasMow grass, trim edges, prune shrubs, and maintain planting beds.
- Plant, weed, fertilize, and perform general horticultural tasksRemove leaves, debris, and litter from sidewalks, parking lots, driveways, and grounds.
- Perform snow removal, salting, shoveling, and de-icing activities during winter weather.
- Operate landscaping equipment including power mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, sprayers, and other groundskeeping tools.
- Operate trucks, tractors, and attachments used for grounds maintenanceInspect equipment and perform minor maintenance and basic repairs as needed.
- Follow OSHA, company, client, and safety regulations at all times.
- Report equipment issues, property concerns, or safety hazards to management.
- Support seasonal groundskeeping projects and special assignments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional outdoor environment for employees, guests, and visitors.
- Complete additional grounds maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Strong attendance, reliability, and safety awareness
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Preferred
- 1+ year of groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, horticulture, maintenance, or related outdoor work experience
- Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment such as riding mowers, weed trimmers, hedge trimmers, tractors, or sprayers
- Basic knowledge of landscaping practices, plant care, irrigation, or grounds maintenance
- Experience with snow removal and seasonal property maintenance
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
