Title:  Warehouse Supervisor - KDP - Irving

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for helping direct and monitor approved employee schedules daily while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance within the warehouse and recycling areas.

Two shifts openings

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Training & Mentorship: Provide basic training and mentorship to new team members, including coordinating introductions and onboarding support for temporary employees assisting the team.

• Employee Supervision & Evaluation: Supervise, evaluate, and support employees to promote efficiency, teamwork, accountability, and positive morale.

• Inventory & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily recycling logs and ensure all employees complete required daily task checklists.

  - Recycling data must be recorded and submitted daily through the designated phone application.

  - Employee checklists must be maintained daily by the supervisor and reviewed and signed weekly by Facilities Management, with records retained in the appropriate log.

• Workstation Oversight: Oversee the daily maintenance and organization of Aramark work areas, including the recycling area and warehouse GMP employee zones in accordance with the approved zone map.

• Equipment Compliance & Safety: Ensure forklift and electric pallet jack (EPJ) certified employees follow safe operating practices, complete required vehicle inspections, and submit documentation to the appropriate department.

Qualifications

•    Requires at least 3-5 years of experience in a shipping/receiving supervisor role
•    Requires basic mathematical skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
•    Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
•    Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written
•    Must be flexible and able to adjust to variable work demands

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing.  This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
