Title:  Pricing Analyst

Job Description

The Data Management Analyst, Billing serves as a key contributor within the data management department, directly affecting $4.8 billion in sales spend in generating about $22 million in NVD’s per year. This role is responsible for the processing of HPSI claim related data, as well as report generation and distribution of contract pricing that assists in procuring 80% of new accounts. The Data Management Analyst, Billing assists in ensuring all supplier provided product and pricing details imported into the company database(s) adhere to program requirements and deadlines, while providing support to HPSI data management team members to ensure maximum revenue is accurately captured. This position requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with regular communication with HPSI Contract Managers.

Position Reports to: Director, Data Management Operations & Claims Billing

Job Responsibilities

•    Manage Product Pricing Schedule (PPS) report processing

• Import monthly and quarterly PPS’s into HPSI Software Suite; perform data conversions, revisions/updates as needed
• Generate, analyze for errors, and distribute mock claims for upcoming billing periods to the Manager of Data Management for review/approval
• Generate, check for errors, and distribute monthly deviated pricing reports to HPSI distributors

•    Perform claim related processing tasks

• Create distributor reported item relationships (item mapping) for claim processing
• Process and create dietary private label rebate claim backup

•    Assist various department team members as needed

• Generate and distribute monthly email reminders and notices to suppliers for customer spend and admin fee files and payments that are due/past due to HPSI
• Communicate file/data revision requests to suppliers and ensure timely completion 
• Record admin fee payment details

Secondary Responsibilities:
•    Support HPSI onboarding into Avendra technologies (IPP)
•    Learning and supporting any eRM requirements for HPSI onboarding

•    Support department/office needs such as time sensitive projects and tasks

Work Environment: This job operates in an office setting.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and photocopiers.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role with some light lifting of files possibly needed.  

Qualifications

•    Strong PC skills with spreadsheet-based applications (i.e. MS Excel)
•    Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize
•    Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and reporting
•    Demonstrated analytical skills
•    Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
•    Strong Communication skills
•    Experience in Procurement a plus
•    Knowledge of SQL fundamentals preferred

Years of Relevant Experience:   3-5 years of experience

Education Requirements:  BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent years' experience 

Benefits

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.  If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
