Title:  Pantry Coordinator - Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Job Description

The Pantry Coordinator is responsible for keeping inventory of transporting, stocking, and cleaning/clearing products to ensure business and customer needs are met.  Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures all food or beverages are distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
• Maintains and performs product inventory.
• Understands menu offerings
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned
•  Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

•    Previous customer service experience preferred
•    Previous catering experience preferred
•    Demonstrate the ability to work independently with limited supervision
•    Must follow the required dress code as assigned 
•    Must be available to work event-based hours
•    Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required
 

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
