Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in financial analysis, accounting, and business operations within the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment. There is the opportunity to grow within Aramark. 

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and data analysis.
• Help track and analyze expenses related to events and operations
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and invoicing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
• Supervisor accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures. 
• All employees to be trained according to company standards for safety, health, and sanitation procedure

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Passion or interest in the sports and entertainment industry is a plus.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
