Title:  Overnight General Utility Worker - NRG Stadium Suites

Job Description

Aramark is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for the Overnight Dishwasher position at NRG Stadium. This role is critical to ensuring all kitchen and food service operations are cleaned and reset overnight, after large-scale events and game days. The ideal candidate thrives in late-night hours, enjoys working independently or in small overnight teams, and can maintain high standards in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.  

Job Responsibilities

•    Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all dishes, utensils, cooking tools, and kitchen equipment during overnight hours.
•    Maintain cleanliness in all back-of-house areas, including floors, drains, trash receptacles, and dish stations, throughout the overnight shift.
•    Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
•    Restock clean items to proper locations for morning prep teams.
•    Support post-event breakdown and cleaning duties, ensuring the stadium kitchen is ready for the next day.
•    Follow all Aramark and local health department food safety and sanitation standards during overnight operations.
•    Report any overnight equipment or supply issues to management promptly.

Qualifications

•    Previous experience in dishwashing or janitorial work, preferably in an overnight or third-shift setting.
•    Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends, holidays, and stadium event days.
•    Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
•    Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Working Environment:
•    Overnight work is performed in an active stadium kitchen, involving exposure to hot water, cleaning chemicals, and food-service equipment.
•    Shifts typically begin late evening and extend into early morning, depending on event schedules at NRG Stadium.
