Title:  Entry Level IT Associate - Daikin Park Sports Stadium - NRG Stadium - Overhead

Job Description

Aramark is seeking an entry-level IT Associate to support game-day and event operations at Daikin Park Sports Stadium. In this role, you will assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology systems, including point-of-sale (POS) terminals, network equipment, handheld devices, and back-office IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, live-event environment.

Job Responsibilities

•    Provide on-site technical support for stadium events, including games, concerts, and special events.
•    Set up and configure POS terminals and handheld devices used at concession stands and retail locations.
•    Monitor and assist with basic network connectivity issues, escalating advanced problems to senior IT staff.
•    Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and inventory tracking of IT equipment.
•    Document and log support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
•    Work closely with Aramark operations teams to ensure all technology systems are functioning before and during events.
•    Support system users with basic training on hardware/software use.
•    Ensure all technology areas comply with Aramark and venue IT security standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree (or current pursuit) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
•    Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
•    Familiarity with Windows OS, iOS devices, and general IT ticketing systems is a plus.
•    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the stadium’s event schedule.
•    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate large event venues.
