Title:  Concession Stand Lead/Driver - Northwest ISD Non-NSLP

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on working lead to support stadium concessions and food service deliveries across the school district. This role oversees concession operations during athletic events, including football. basketball, baseball, track and field, and wrestling. 

The position also delivers food products, supplies, and equipment to schools throughout the district using a district vehicle. During non-event periods, this role supports school food service operations and assists with general kitchen and department needs. 

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, operation, and breakdown of concession stands during school athletic events
• Transport and deliver food products, equipment, and supplies to schools
• Stock concession stands and maintain inventory for events
• Assist booster volunteers with setup and point-of-sale systems
• load, unload, and move supplies and equipment
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of concession and storage areas
• Support school kitchen and food service operations during non-event periods
• Hang signage, assist with event setup, and move equipment as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, loading, and unloading supplies
• Ability to work indoors in kitchens and outdoors in stadium environments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year experience in a team or supervisory role preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work evenings during athletic events

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
