The Lead Bartender is responsible for conducting opening and ending inventory counts for each event, placing product orders and documenting product transfers during events, and overseeing closing duties
This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $17.70 to $17.70. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older (Required)
- Previous bartender experience (Preferred)
- Previous cash handling experience (Preferred)
- TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- Basic math and counting skills (Required)
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of up to 25lbs.
- Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
- Willingness to accept change and new procedures
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
